Finish and protect rooflines with our range of UPVC Soffit & Fascia, ideal for long-lasting, low-maintenance exterior upgrades. Soffits and fascias play an essential role in supporting gutters, protecting roof timbers and keeping the roof edge tidy and weatherproof. Whether you’re replacing worn boards, upgrading an older property or completing a new build, UPVC roofline products provide a smart, durable finish that stands up to the elements.
UPVC soffit boards are fitted underneath the roof overhang to protect and ventilate the roof space, while fascia boards are fitted along the roof edge to support guttering and improve the overall appearance. These products are commonly used on homes, extensions, garages and outbuildings, helping prevent water ingress and reducing the need for regular painting or maintenance compared to timber alternatives. UPVC roofline systems are a popular choice for customers wanting a clean finish with long-term reliability.
For best results, measure accurately, ensure secure fixing, and use compatible trims and accessories for a consistent look. Maintaining good ventilation and correct installation around gutters helps protect the roofline for years to come.
