We currently have an opening for an Internal Sales Supervisor based at our Birstall, Leicestershire branch.

Joining a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing their own customer portfolio with a real focus on offering excellent customer service, whist also servicing our current loyal customer base.

Key responsibilities will be to provide quotations in a timely manner and to also deal with customer orders, ensuring you collaborate with our suppliers and our transport department to ensure the customers gets what they need, when they need it.

From time to time, you may be required to work from our other branches at Oakham and Melton Mowbray as and when required. The emphasis in our business is to provide the best possible customer service and to continue to grow the company through our network of branches in Leicestershire and Rutland.

This is an extremely rewarding role joining a company with real opportunities. Previous experience within Building Supplies would be a helpful but not essential as training will be provided. What is important however, is a can-do attitude and always maintaining a professional approach.

Ideally, we are looking for

A person with outstanding diligence, and effective communication skills. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and our sales teams across three branches to help ensure the smooth running of customer accounts.

An absolute must

The right candidate must have experience of a Sales driven environment.

Hours & Salary

The hours are 7:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to Noon every other Saturday. We provide a competitive salary depending on experience.
